For home-care nursesFree during early access

Your notes are done before you start the car.

Talk through the visit the way you'd brief a colleague. It's written up, filed under the right patient and ready for whoever comes next. No typing. No evenings at the kitchen table.

Try it without an account

No card · Works on your phone · English & French

Sound familiar?

You didn't choose this job to spend your evenings typing. But the notes still have to be right, because tomorrow someone else is relying on them.

  1. Kitchen table. Fourteen visits to write up, from memory.

  2. “Did the doctor change her dose on Tuesday?” You scroll back through your messages to find out.

  3. Handover on the phone between two visits, hoping nothing slipped through.

Writing it up isn't the care. So we took the writing off your plate.

How it works

Three steps. The first one is talking.

  1. 01

    Talk

After the visit, or after five, tap record and say it the way you'd tell a colleague. Several patients in one go is fine.

  2. 02

    It's written and filed

You get a clean note for each patient: what you did, what you saw, what's next. Read it, fix a word if you want. Done.

  3. 03

    Find it, pass it on

Ask “when did we last change her dressing?” and get the answer from your own notes. Share a note with a colleague in one tap.

Try it, no account needed

Don't take our word for it.

Hit record, describe a made-up visit for up to 10 seconds, and see the note you get back.

Tap to record

Up to 10 seconds

Demo recordings aren't kept.

Nothing in mind? Read this out:
“Mrs Leroy, blood pressure 140 over 90, a bit high. Ankles swollen. Call the doctor if it's still up tomorrow.”

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Something else on your mind? Write to us

Does the AI ever get it wrong?

Sometimes, like any transcription, especially with background noise. Every note is yours to read and edit, so a wrong number is one tap away from fixed. Drug names, figures and medical vocabulary are handled well when you speak clearly.

Is my patients' data safe?

Notes are encrypted in transit and at rest. They're visible only to you and the colleagues you choose to share them with. Nothing is shared unless you share it.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in your phone's browser. If you want an app icon, add it to your home screen in two taps. No app store, no update to wait for.

Can I record several patients at once?

Yes. Talk through your whole round in one recording, mention each patient by name, and you'll get a separate note for each one.

How do handovers work?

Share a note or a patient with a colleague by email. They see what you wrote, you both stay in sync, and nothing gets lost in a phone call.

What does it cost?

Nothing during early access, with every feature included. If that ever changes, you'll be told well in advance, and you can export your notes whenever you like.
